Listen to America

One week in the life of a nation.

Bob splices together a soundscape of a society. And just this once, he mostly keeps his mouth shut.

Discussion about this podcast

I need to be reminded of the part of our society that causes so much sadness and misery because I am lucky to live among good people and to have enough money and will never be homeless or hungry. I remember being young and being taught that violence never solves problems and that we should judge a person by how they act, not how they look or what group they belong to. As I learned more about the real world I realized that those rules of conduct are ideals to be striven for. The rules (or I should say the lack of rules) we have for guns make that an impossible dream. And regarding NROL34 Odin's comment I am non-plussed. I wish I understood how they came to think that way.

GUNS GUNS GUNS I love my guns. Death to all you city dwellers, who are mostly Democrats Democrats guns are like cameras that you just point and shoot. Maybe you should take some selfies.
