Why would I be scared of this lady? OMG, she’s like the mother I never had. I do have a mother, of course, and nothing against her. She’s nice and I love her and I’m super sorry for her that she’s got to put up with my dad’s evil. Still, though, she’s not the warmest human being in the world. Not big on hugs and kisses. Or laughing. Or not drinking starting at 3 pm.

But Vineeta. Gus told me she’s an entrepreneur on the outside and a sublime mystic on the inside. OK, but still I had this weird feeling of (SAT word here) foreboding. I can’t explain it. But it was just all DANGER ZONE. Then I get on the phone with her, and it’s like, no, GRAMMA ZONE.
