“Toto, I have a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore.” (From The Wizard of Oz, a movie I’ve been thinking a LOT about lately.) Right? I totally understand how Dorothy felt. It’s like, “Pluto, you’re not in Santa Fe anymore!” I am now so far from any desert or adobe — in Claymont, Delaware (home of One Day at a Time’s Valerie Bertinelli and Vice President Joe Biden. I live on his street!!!) The other day, talking to a client I said “vortex” and she said, “vo-techs?” Hahaha. Not that easy to find quesadillas, either. (But there’s a lot of Italian restaurants here, so ravioli heaven! Guess who else loves ravioli? JOE BIDEN!)
