Here Comes the Usual Breath of Fresh Autumn Air
Once upon a time, there were three TV networks and whatever was playing at the movies. The result was a pretty narrow choice of content, and even narrower creative vision. But now, in the streaming age, every single Hollywood production displays the kind of inventiveness, originality and rejection of threadbare formulas that once so disrespected audiences.
